Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired the advice arm of Carlisle-based accountancy business Saint & Co, adding £100m assets under advice.
Saint & Co partner and adviser Philip Dhillon, adviser Trevor Iredale and a support team will join OMW Private Client Advisers’ Cumbria regional hub.

In May, Old Mutual Wealth Private Clients has bought Scottish advice firm DG Pryde, adding £200m assets under advice.
In February it bought Wiltshire-based A&M Financial Services, whose clients are now serviced from Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers’ London office.
