Foster Denovo hires CFO from Rothschild & Co

National advice firm Foster Denovo has appointed Paul O’Leary to the newly created role of chief finance officer (CFO).

O’Leary will be tasked with leading the next stage of the company’s growth strategy, building on the foundations already in place from phase one.

The firm has completed a total of 20 practice buy-outs since receiving funding from Crestline in 2022, with five deals done in the past 12 months alone.

O’Leary joins from Rothschild & Co, where he was CFO for Global Advisory – Rothschild’s advisory investment banking business.

He was also UK CFO for Rothschild’s UK-based entities, including a number of regulated businesses.

He brings brings with him 30 years of experience across finance, planning, strategy and corporate development.

Foster Denovo Limited is a national firm of financial advisers with 13 offices across the UK.

Its partners provide specialist financial advice, services and investment solutions to individuals and their families, businesses, employers and charities.

Advice for individual clients covers the full range of advisory areas, including financial planning, wealth management, retirement solutions, at retirement advice, estate planning, mortgages and protection.
